What this covers

The service, in plain terms

An International Securities Identification Number is required before securities can be held or transferred in demat form. We run the full route — RTA appointment, depository application, tripartite agreement and activation — including ISINs for IFSC-domiciled issuers and units.

What we need from you

  • Certificate of incorporation, MOA and AOA
  • PAN of the company and its directors
  • Board resolution for dematerialisation and RTA appointment
  • Latest audited financials and shareholding pattern
  • Net worth certificate where required

Depositories Act, 1996 and depository business rules

ISINs are allotted by NSDL and CDSL under the numbering standard ISO 6166.
