Stamp & Notarisation at your door
e-Stamping and notary attestation, handled in one visit
What this covers
The service, in plain terms
Stamp duty and notary attestation on your agreements handled together, without anyone leaving the office. We compute the duty, procure the e-stamp certificate or franking in the correct denomination and party names, and a notary attends your office to attest the executed set — the stamped and notarised documents handed back in one appointment.
What we need from you
- Draft or executed agreement (soft copy is enough to start)
- Names, addresses and PAN of the parties
- Photo ID of each signatory
- Board resolution or authority letter where a company is signing
- Preferred date and time slot for the notary visit
Governing authority
Gujarat Stamp Act, 1958 and the Notaries Act, 1952
Stamp duty depends on the instrument type and the state of execution; notarial acts, the register and notary fees are governed centrally.

Duty is paid at actuals against receipt; no mark-up on government charges. Multiple documents notarised in one visit are charged per document at a reduced rate.
How it runs

Step 1
Duty computation
We confirm the article of the Stamp Act that applies and the exact duty payable.
Step 2
Procurement
e-Stamp certificate generated in the correct party names, or franking arranged.
Step 3
Notary appointment
Notary appointment fixed at your premises, aligned with delivery of the stamped set.
Step 4
Attestation and delivery
Signatures witnessed, seal affixed, register entry made — and the stamped documents handed over; a scanned copy is filed in your client portal vault.
Common questions
Before you book
Can stamping and notarisation be done in a single visit?
Yes — that is the point of the combined service. The stamp certificate is procured first and the notary attends your office to attest the executed set, so one request covers both.
Can the stamp certificate be issued in a foreign company's name?
Yes — party names are recorded as they appear in the agreement, including non-resident entities.
What if we get the duty wrong?
We compute duty before procurement, which is exactly the point of the service — under-stamped instruments are unenforceable until made good.
Can you also arrange apostille?
Yes. Apostille and MEA attestation continue in the same request without a separate engagement.
Do all signatories need to be present?
For attestation of signatures, yes. For true-copy certification, only the originals are needed.
