Common questions
Before you book
Is a registered lease needed for IFSCA registration?
You must evidence your office space in GIFT City. A properly stamped and registered instrument is the cleanest evidence and avoids queries.
Can you negotiate with the developer?
Yes — commercial review and negotiation support on lock-in, escalation and fit-out terms is part of the drafting engagement.
