What banking unit (ibu) means here
A banking unit is a branch of an Indian or foreign bank permitted to carry out foreign-currency wholesale banking — external commercial borrowings, trade finance, treasury, derivatives and, in permitted cases, deposits from non-residents. The parent bank commits minimum capital to the unit and supports it with a board resolution.
